Ohio Elite College Showcase 2018
The FCX U14, U15, U16, U17 and U18 teams traveld to the national ranked Ohio Elite Girls Showcase the weekend of February 23-25th.
The FCX U17 Girls were champions, winning all three games in the top division against three highly ranked opponents.
Coach of the U17s and FCX Director of Coaching Stuart Peek said, "The team played absolutely fantastic this weekend. They showed all the traits top teams have: excellent work rate, technically clean, good style of play, and a will and desire to win. This does not just happen overnight. The team last year started on this path, and this season, has developed even further. They are playing as our top ranked HS team, in the higher MRL level, in top flights of events, and this has got them used to dealing with every game, opponent, and situation. They had a great season in the Premier level of MRL, and added in 3 tournament wins now also. Their results have shown they are a top team, for now two seasons straight, which is the consistency we strive for in all teams. we hope to continue on this path again next season."

FCX U14 Black Coached by Danny Zwerling - 1 tie, 2 losses (each game by 1 goal)
FCX U15 Black Coached by Lee Merrick - 2 wins,1 loss (loss against tournament champions)
FCX U16 Black Coached by Lee Merrick - 1 win, 1 tie, 1 loss
FCX U18 Black Coached by Jason Braznell - 2 ties, 1 loss
